Michael Brousseau brings nearly 20 years of experience helping companies build research programs to drive their innovation. His career has included leading research departments for several Fortune 50 organizations such as AIG, UnitedHealth Group and, notably, Optum, where he was responsible for delivery of all research-driven insights for five years. Michael also managed research programs for clients such as Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch and Philips Electronics. All of this experience allowed Michael to develop a toolbox of skills for launching new products and services, testing communications and designing insight-generating programs. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Macalester College and an MBA in marketing and strategy from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
