This Twin Cities consulting firm needed help forming the foundation of their data-driven process. Their client, a provider of educational products and services needed help understanding the unmet needs of their clients in order to build new products.
We conducted in-depth telephone conversations with key users of the company’s products. We supplemented the telephone conversations with on-site ethnographic research to observe first-hand how the products were used.
The insights delivered by InsightDynamo allowed Evantage to identify several critically unmet needs. Using these insights, Evantage led a number of design sessions with their client, ultimately leading to a number of breakthrough product developments.
