Michael Brousseau brings nearly 20 years of experience helping companies build research programs to drive their innovation. His career has included leading research departments for several Fortune 50 organizations such as AIG, UnitedHealth Group and, notably, Optum, where he was responsible for delivery of all research-driven insights for five years. Michael also managed research programs for clients such as Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch and Philips Electronics. All of this experience allowed Michael to develop a toolbox of skills for launching new products and services, testing communications and designing insight-generating programs. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Macalester College and an MBA in marketing and strategy from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

David Cox has 10 years of insight delivery experience, primarily in the field of healthcare. Prior to this, he spent nearly 20 years developing and managing local and national accounts for marketing services and executive recruiting organizations. As partner at InsightDynamo, David builds trusting relationships and strategic partnerships while developing research products and methodologies, managing accounts and projects and overseeing qualitative research. Known for his access to exclusive resources – such as hard-to-attain interviews with key players and stakeholders – he plays a critical role in shaping the distinctive insights that are InsightDynamo’s domain. His personal, professional and educational background combine to give him a unique view into research, healthcare and customer service. David received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an emphasis in business from the University of Iowa.
